　　Job Duties:

　　1.Make the production plan according to the sales order or company requirement

　　2.Be responsible for coordinating the related work with production plan.

　　3.Supervise production in manufacturing. Execute plan as developed by the department manager, to include: staffing, equipment, and facility needs based on projected workload requirements; communicate goals to staff.

　　4.Assist in developing safe operating procedures for machines/equipment.

　　5.Work order flow, routing, and delivery.

　　6.Work procedures and test procedures

　　7.Input the manufacturing data into SAP system, can design simple chart of structure.

　　8.Participate in budgeting and planning of manufacturing department.

　　9.Maintain good attendance and work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

　　10.Represent the company and department positively and effectively in all situations.

　　Requirements: 

　　1.Qualification: Major in Mechanical or similar areas.

　　2.Language Skills: Good technical reading and writing in both English and Chinese and basic verbal English skills required.

　　3.Communication Skills: Ability to work as a team player

　　4.Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD, etc

　　5.Others:

　　5.1.Maintain strict confidentiality concerning aspects of employees and company information;

　　5.2.Professional and able to work with minimal supervision;

　　5.3.Consistently complete quality work in a timely manner;

　　5.4.Strong self motivation;

　　5.5.Detail oriented with good organization and communication skills;

　　5.6.Eager and quick to learn.

　　6.Prefer 5 days working time each week in the summer vocation.
